− Ruido a/c y parece ser que no hay diferencia entre dormitorios Premium Quad y Quad, nos insistieron que todos eran igual y tenían 21 m2. Así es que eso es un engaño, nosotros contratamos las Premium. Poca luz en los dormitorios. Solicitamos cambio de dormitorio porque el mantenimiento era malo del primero y se resistieron aunque al final nos cambiaron.

− No water for shower on the 2nd night I stayed (either hot or cold). When discussed with staff the following day, no mention of a refund or any compensation. Also there was very little natural light in my room (No. 937).
