Good facilities, but repeated housekeeping failures and disappointing complaint handling.
1.0The room, bathroom, balcony and modern gym were very good. Several employees were welcoming and helpful, particularly the manager I believe was named Fred, who listened and arranged the basic housekeeping assistance I had requested.
− Repeated requests for basic housekeeping were not fulfilled. On several occasions, fresh towels were simply left on the unmade bed while used towels remained uncollected. On another occasion, neither cleaning nor fresh towels were provided. I recorded the room’s condition before seeking help from the manager on duty, who finally resolved it. Although I used the privacy sign while sleeping, I expressly requested service when leaving. Repeated calls nevertheless woke me while the sign was displayed. I also experienced discourteous responses when raising concerns and poor communication about an approved late checkout. The General Manager acknowledged my formal complaint and promised review findings and a proposal by October 22, or an update if more time was needed. Neither arrived within that deadline. Given the price paid, the repeated service failures and follow-up were deeply disappointing.
