10/10 would stay here again! Great home base while visiting Florence.
10.0Not central but still very conveniently located near the station. The room was clean and comfortable and somehow we were upgraded to a larger room than we booked at no additional cost. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful in pointing out the city’s landmarks etc and we enjoyed the free welcome drinks at the sister hotel’s bar.
