Hotel je dobře dostupný autem i městskou hromadnou dopravou. Personál vstřícný a milý, vše bylo komunikováno v angličtině. Snídaně je pestře složená z místních suroviny, k dispozici byl i bezlaktózový jogurt. Pokoje jsou čisté, útulné a klimatizované (my měli pokoj do vnitrobloku, takže i klidný bez hluku z ulice), postele jsou pohodlné. Wellness velmi dobře zařízený , dva typy saun a dvě vířivkové koupele. Oceňuji možnost parkování v prostoru hotelu, ale je nutné dopředu rezervovat. Hotel má k dispozici cca 4 místa na stání (hlídané), kvůli omezenému prostoru je nutné nechat klíčky na recepty kvůli případnému manévrování při výjezdu již ubytovaných hostů (přijížděl jsem a odjížděl jsem na parkovací plochu jako poslední a nebylo poznat jestli bylo s autem manipulováno, předpokládám že když je šikovný řidič tak není nutná asistence hotelového personálu). Historické centrum je vzdáleno cca 15-20 min chůzí od hotelu (při zvolení správné ulice vyjdete u Santa Maria del Fiore)

I liked the style and the peaceful ambiance.

− The bed was too hard for me. Would have been better, if there was opportunity to have some kind of room service or snack.

Lovely hotel, well located from the train and easily walkable into the city. The hotel itself has gorgeous rooms, lounge area and courtyard, with a tranquil relaxing feel. Everything felt well looked after and the bathroom shower facilities were good quality with nice soaps, shampoos, etc. The staff were all very nice and friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings. This was my first time visiting Florence and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting.

A very beautiful quiet hotel. The lounge area, breakfast area, outdoor area, hotel room was all beautiful. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff were fantastic. Especially Alessandro the old and Alessandro the young 👌🏻👏🏻 Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent efficient service. Had an issue with the toilet flushing. Alessandro the old was straight onto it. There was another guy too reception staff sorry forgot his name but he made great recommendations for where to go for a good night out. Very friendly and helpful. The location was great it was a 5 minute walk for a tram into the centre of Florence. The trams here are every few minutes. Glad we stayed here because summer is very busy in the centre of Florence. Very enjoyable stay ☺️

− My only complaint would have to be I prefer a stand up ironing board. The small one the hotel had was not great. Invest in a good ironing board. Apart from that a fantastic stay

It was the perfect stay, easy access from the station either bus, or tram

The hotel was traditional charm, breakfast had plenty of choice , well laid out buffet. Staff so helpful and knowledgeable Recommendations for outside dining excellent

Would stay again, recommend it.

The breakfast was great, really good variety of options for people with a gluten intolerance.

− Nothing, the property was great. Good location, close by two tram spots. Easy to get to David and then to the main train station. Staff were helpful and the spa was great and helped reduce the swelling in my ankles that I had from air travel and the heat.
