9.0The location is right next to the 6 train & the staff were very helpful. They gave us a free upgrade for our honeymoon.
− A couple were promised a room and their room was not available by the time they were supposed to checkin, no manager was present to solve their issue. They had to find another hotel even though they had a paid reservation, which was hard to witness.
