10.0The hotel has an excellent location, with a welcoming and safe atmosphere. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Our family room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
− One area that could be improved is the bathroom, perhaps by adding some shelveS storage space for guests’ personal belongings.

Hotel bueno pero podría mejorar
7.0La habitación es cómoda, muy buena ubicación el hotel es moderno para estar en el casco histórico de Roma. Nos recibieron con un set de bienvenida. El desayuno es completo.
− Es inaceptable que un baño carezca de puerta. Está separado el baño que sí tiene puerta pero delante de este, hay un ante baño con el lavamanos y la ducha y este espacio carece de puerta y además no hay perchero en la ducha, falta de privacidad absoluta.
