Spacious, recently renovated rooms away from the tourists crowds
9.0A beautiful renovated palazzo in a residential neighbourhood. Close to vaporetto stops in both directions. Walking distance from the train and bus station. Quiet. In a non touristy part of town.

− There was some back and forth with the property owners and initially we were not sure about the payment links and they were not accepting payment directly from booking. However in the end it was resolved
Great ambience of Venice
9.0Great location, beautiful space and room, common areas gave lovely ambience, complimentary drinks in minibar was a nice touch, air conditioning was welcome during hot days. Friendly and fast communication with staff.
− Payment system was not simple through booking.com but relied on third party payment site which was hard to distinguish from a scam. Direct contact with the company on published communication channels verified the payment system but it was an unnecessary complication in an otherwise exceptional stay.
