NEVER AGAIN!
1.0NOTHING. booked king city view- the view was the wall of the building next door picture was skyline view! Bike code did not work with citi bikes as advertised etc Staff not helpful at all! Could care less!
− EVERYTHING. View didnt exist! the king bed was boxed in so one person had to climb over the other to get out of it. no closet to put luggage in and no rack so luggage took up a large part of and area floor that was 4'x 7'. I know NY has small rooms but have stayed many places for $800/night that wasn't 2 people climbing over each other in the bed or turning sideways to get by each other because the room was so narrow! Glad we were only staying one night on our way from the west coast.
Exceeded quality expectations. Would definitely return and recommend.
