Incredible and best location!
10.0Incredible service! Was upgraded when I got there to a better room. They forgot my coffee a little bit late one morning so they gave me a a gift at the front desk and apologize profusely. The tray on my bed every morning with a beautiful breakfast was incredible.
Excellent hotel , we will recommend it for all our friends and family members. Thank you .

10.0Very clean and staff was amazing We had to switch our prior hotel to Spadai, which I will not mention in this review. Spadai staff was very professional and our room was ready even earlier. Very clean and the location was perfect. I would definitely will stay there again!

10.0A beautiful hotel in a great location (within a short walking distance to the Duomo). The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was brilliant.
