9.0Reception staff were excellent - very helpful - recommended restaurants and helped with trips. Room lovely and very traditional. Breakfast was very good and staff helpful.
− The lift, while functional, was a bit temperamental and made some dodgy noises. Hot water in shower a bit hit and miss.
