DONT STAY HERE! 2 Star at best
1.0The entrance in is amazing, and the cooking course we did is fabulous.
− We had several serious concerns: Around the children’s pool, many of the surrounding tiles were cracked. We witnessed a man’s foot go through one of them, which raised an obvious safety concern. The sunbeds were stained and poorly maintained. The pool staff were unfriendly and made the area feel unwelcoming. The water in one of the fountains was dark green and appeared unhygienic, yet children were putting their hands into it. The hotel’s interior felt very dated and institutional, more like its former use as a hospital than a luxury five-star property. The food and drinks were excessively priced, including €13 for a beer, without the quality or overall experience to justify those prices. Taken together, these issues meant the hotel simply did not feel like a five-star property. Given the considerable amount we paid, we left feeling extremely disappointed and that our stay did not represent reasonable value for money.

Здесь прекрасно всё: персонал — супер, отель — шикарный, территория — просто вау! 🔥 Отдельно понравилась атмосфера и публика — всё действительно соответствует уровню и статусу отеля. Однозначно рекомендую на 100%! Место, куда хочется вернуться снова. 👌
