6.0I paid for an upgrade that i felt i did not receive. I originally paid for a superior suite with a plunge pool. I upgraded my room and i noticed no value or difference in the room. It was just a suite and a plunge pool. It was NOTHING like the video that described the upgrade I was supposed to get. I felt cheated, duped, stupid. Taken advantage of.
