8.0The interiors are spectacular! Everything has been newly renovated, while the preserved historical elements are absolutely fantastic - it feels almost like staying in a museum. At the same time, the rooms are modern, with very high-quality furniture and beautifully selected details and decorations. The common areas are also beautifully designed, and the inner garden adds a lovely sense of coolness and tranquility. The hotel feels a little uninhabited so far, but I believe that’s simply a matter of time. It was a real aesthetic pleasure to spend time there. The staff are very nice and willing to help. We received an attentive service throughout our stay. When we had an issue with our arrival dates due to a cancelled flight, they were responsive and efficient in helping us resolve it. They even helped us find a taxi when we were running late for our train, which we really appreciated
− The breakfast experience was a little confusing. The hotel does not offer table service or breakfast in any public areas, so everything is brought to the room - more like a supermarket shopping bag, with yogurts, bread, ham, etc. Even though the products themselves are of good quality, it feels unusual to have to open the packaging of the jamón and other products exactly as they were purchased. I think it would be a nicer experience if the hotel offered a more traditional breakfast, even if it were served in the room and made from the same products - simply plated as a breakfast. I would also like to point out that the pet fee seems significantly above the market standard. I have never encountered a €50-per-night pet fee before, which effectively adds around 30% to the room rate per night. In my experience, a standard pet fee is usually no more than €30.

10.0One of the best places we have ever stayed in. Beautiful building, large quiet room with great facilities. Helpful staff. Late checkout. Well placed for exploring the city.
