Very convenient for Times Square and Theatres. Excellent included breakfast. Clean.

− Room was small, but this is NYC. Elevators didn't work most of the time we were there, luckily we were on the second floor.

Disappointing
5.0Breakfast was tasty. Rooms were clean.
− Our stay was unfortunately a very disappointing experience, particularly because the room we received was not the room we originally reserved. This was a short, two-night trip, and the first night was especially important to us as it was my birthday. Our reservation was confirmed for two nights in a top-floor room with a city view, and we specifically chose the property with that experience in mind. Instead, upon arrival, we were placed in a room on a low floor at the back of the property with a very poor view. To have that be our experience on the night of my birthday was extremely disappointing. What made matters worse was having to pack up and move all of our belongings from one room to another during a stay that was only two nights long. Moving rooms is inconvenient under any circumstances, but on such a short trip, it took away from the limited time we had to actually enjoy our stay. After bringing our concerns to management, we were offered a $20 reimbursement for the inconvenience. While we appreciated the gesture, it did not feel proportionate to the situation or make up for the experience we had lost. The first night was the main reason for our booking, and unfortunately, that was the night we were given a room that did not match what we had reserved. When a guest makes a specific reservation and receives a confirmation for a particular room type and view, I believe it is reasonable to expect that reservation to be honored. Unfortunately, that did not happen in our case, and it significantly affected what was supposed to be a special birthday trip. Based on this experience, I don't believe we will be booking here again.
