− We were supposed to arrive in Prague on the overnight train. We informed the hotel about this through Booking.com, but there was no clear answer: neither a yes nor a no. Fortunately, we booked an extra night at another hotel, where we were very kindly welcomed at 1 a.m. We tried checking in to this hotel several times online, but the check-in page wouldn't open, and no one at the hotel was available to help. We had to go to another hotel in the same chain that had a reception desk. The room was nice, but for some reason there was only one chair in the room and one glass in the bathroom. Towels were changed daily, the beds were made, but the floors weren't cleaned (garbage remained on the floor for the entire three days we stayed).
