Amazing hotel in perfect location let down by poor management
3.0Great location, wonderful facilities and beautifully clean.
− Very poor front desk training and lack of communication from management after being double charged. It's not the front desk staff's fault that they're poorly trained - They seem over worked too, so I can forgive that, but after being double charged I immediately brought it to their attention and got back that the manager would be in touch by email. They still haven't contacted me. What should've been a great stay was ruined by stress about being double charged.
