Terrible customer service
4.0Location wasn’t really central, the rooms and decor were fine. The reception staff are terrible, basic requests like ordering a taxi, asking for an extra pillow are treated with disdain. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in any Italian hotel. These good reviews must be a joke I regret booking with them and won’t be relying on TripAdvisor reviews ever again.

Amazing hotel and highly recommend
9.0Hotel was very comfortable. The main area was very cool which was welcome after being out in the heat! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! The rooms were also very comfortable. There was water available in the lobby and room at no extra charge. There were some appetisers in the evening at the bar which was a nice touch - great hotel and highly recommend.
− It would have been nice to have the opportunity to eat dinner in the hotel but this wasn’t available
