8.0Óceán parti elhelyezkedés, segítőkész személyzet
− Kicsit retró, a bútorzatot fel kellene újítani, a nagyobb medencében hideg a víz. A napközbeni snack egyhangú, mindig ugyanaz. Ebédre és vacsorára nincs hús választék, gyakorlatilag csak hal, a desszert is szinte ugyanaz minden étkezésnél. Az ágyakat első két nap megcsinálták és kaptunk tiszta törölközőket, a következő két napon már csak a szemetet vitték ki. A fürdőszobára is ráférne a modernizálás, a kádban lévő csúszásgátló és a zománc is kopott, így piszkosnak látszik. A koktélokat sima üdítős pohárban szolgálják fel, így nem valami elegáns és gusztusos.

7.0Grote kamer met balkon, groot zwembad met genoeg stoelen. Eigen betaalde parking. Groot winkelcentrum op 5 minuten loopafstand. Bus naar het centrum stopt op 5 minuten lopen
− Airco eerste kamer werkte niet. Na klacht kregen we een andere kamer waar de airco wel werkte maar heel veel lawaai maakte waaraan niets gedaan kon worden. Hotel ligt best ver van het centrum.

10.0The hotel is located in a fantastic location, right on the ocean shore and very close to Cabo Girao. The facilities are great (several pools, gym, billiards, even a library!). The food is great, sufficient and in a significant variety. There are also several restaurants on site. But what makes the difference is not all the facilities i’ve mentioned, but the personnel which is amazing! Super friendly, helpful and ready to help at all times. Special thanks to Laura who is a truely dedicated person that makes you feel welcome! Thank you very much, it was an incredible stay and we would definitely come again!
− The only little thing i would improve is to be a bit more careful when placing a family with a 10 months old baby right over the music scene.
