− We didn't like the staff's attitude. Lack of friendliness and helpfulness. Unwelcoming and rude demeanors from the staff; front desk to the housekeeping. The overall treatment made our stay uncomfortable. The cherry on the cake was the misleading information about the cost of transportation and laundry service that did not launder that we had to pay for. Additionally an unexpected cold heartiness, rudeness and unwillingness to assist in a critical situation from the front desk staff. They seam to carry the 18th-century socio-racial classification system. As a Criollo (Spaniard born in America) I felt an unwelcoming and disturbing sense of disgust from the entire hotel employees; from the bar, front desk and house keepers.
