10.0Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht dort, aber alles hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist außergewöhnlich – niemand konnte glauben, dass wir dieses wunderschöne Hotel zu so einem günstigen Preis gebucht haben. Besonders toll fanden wir die kostenlose und sehr gut gefüllte Minibar. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls perfekt: Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, die wir besuchen wollten, wie der Markusplatz, waren in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dadurch konnten wir zwischen unseren Aktivitäten jederzeit kurz ins Hotel zurückkehren, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Außerdem hatte ich vor unserer Anreise erwähnt, dass ich Geburtstag habe. Als wir das Zimmer betraten, war das Bett mit Luftballons dekoriert. Diese liebevolle Überraschung hat mir sehr viel bedeutet und meinen Geburtstag noch besonderer gemacht. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
− Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt betrifft die Lobby bzw. den Check-in und Check-out. Manchmal war gerade kein Mitarbeiter anwesend, sodass wir warten mussten oder zunächst nicht wussten, wie wir einchecken oder Hilfe bekommen können. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn besser ausgeschildert wäre, wie man in solchen Situationen vorgehen soll oder wann wieder jemand anwesend ist. Ansonsten waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden.

10.0It was so easy to get to from the train, water bus stop right outside and around the corner, which means no stairs! The room was so clean! I was only here for 2 nights, but room service came to clean. The bed was so comfortable! I used the lift, umbrella and coat hangers - very handy. It was very easy to get around, great location, restaurant down stairs was lovely and mostly quiet. I would absolutely stay here again!
