2.0La literie le confort de la chambre
− Le paiement de 200€ obligatoire à l’arrivée et lors du départ , le paiement de la taxe de séjour qui devait être déduite de 200€ ne l’a pas été et le remboursement prend bcp de temps à être fait . Malgré appels à l’hôtel leur seule défense est que ça vient de ma banque qui ne me rembourse pas alors que ça vient surtout de leur logiciel et de leur banque qui devrait re créditer la carte de paiement de suite lors du Check out comme ça se fait ailleurs . Personnel qui le prend de haut lors de mon appel et qui se décharge uniquement sur l’incompétence de ma banque !!! Vraiment malaisant et à éviter . Leur seule explication est qu’ils ne sont pas responsables et on ne peut pas discuter avec eux . Discours bien rodé !!!!

10.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right next to the train station, making it very convenient for getting around. The breakfast was very good, with a great variety of options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were always clean and comfortable. The rooftop offers a beautiful view and is the perfect place to relax. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
