Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel & staff interactions.
10.0Loved the location & overall presentation of the hotel. Every interaction with staff was also positive.
− The only complaint was no desk or similar in the room. The only table was very small and had the coffee making facilities on it.

− Room service was non existent. We departed our suite at 8:00am and returned at 2pm and the room was not made up.
