2.0The mattress
− The elevators were not enough to serve the guests and people waited more than 20 minutes for an elevator. We were on the 12th floor out of 45 and decided to take the stairs. The room was tiny! No space to open a large piece of luggage, only a hook to hang clothes. The bathroom entrance was literally at the foot of the bed.
