7.0В первую очередь хочется сказать большое спасибо персоналу. Все были максимально приветливыми, доброжелательными и всегда готовыми помочь. В целом у отеля очень спокойная, домашняя атмосфера. Завтраки достаточно скромные, без большого разнообразия, но всё выглядит уютно и по-домашнему.
− Из существенных минусов для меня оказалось расположение. Несмотря на название и привязку к Ое, до самой Ои нужно идти примерно 10–15 минут. Путь проходит либо вдоль дороги, либо по тропе вдоль обрыва, которая ведёт из Фиры в Ою. Если вы любите много ходить, это, скорее всего, не станет проблемой, но стоит учитывать, что отель находится не в самой Ое и дорога местами не самая удобная. Для каблуков точно не лучший вариант. Сам отель уже не новый, и особенно это чувствуется в номерах и ванных комнатах. В нашем номере кровать находилась на втором уровне. Наверху было очень душно, особенно ночью, а потолки довольно низкие. Самым слабым местом номера для меня стала ванная комната. Она расположена под вторым уровнем, поэтому потолок там очень низкий. Высокому человеку приходится нагибаться даже при входе. Кроме того, сама ванная и туалет настолько маленькие, что даже хрупкому человеку сложно нормально развернуться. Душевая зона тоже очень тесная, а вода после душа плохо уходит, поэтому пользоваться ванной комнатой не особенно комфортно. В целом это тихий, небольшой отель с очень приятным и отзывчивым персоналом и домашней атмосферой. Но при бронировании я бы обязательно учитывала расстояние до Ои, довольно скромные завтраки, возраст номеров и особенно очень тесные ванные комнаты.

− The only area that could be improved is the restaurant service. I had breakfast there twice, and unfortunately, I was not very happy with the way the two ladies working at the restaurant reception treated the customers. I think they could be a little more welcoming and friendly. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I would give the reception staff a 100! They were all very nice, helpful, and friendly, and I really appreciated their excellent service.

− הגקוגי היה קר . באחת מהאמבטיות בחדר היה ממש ריח של ביוב חזק. גם בארוחת הבוקר וגם בכלליות פחות שירותיים. ( לדוגמה לא נותנים מים כל יום כמו במלונות אחרים בסנטוריני)
