− Koupelna by potrebovala trochu rekonstrukce, nebo aspon renovaci silikonovych tesneni kolem vany.

− Nemožnost ochlazení pokoje v noci.Při teplotě 27 C se opravdu dobře nespí.Ventilačka vyhřátému pokoji nestačí.
