Kind staff, modern rooms, but low price to performance ratio

− I expected a bit more from a Radisson hotel. No slippers in a 4 star hotel is not really acceptable anymore. Also I don’t get the policy of not filling the minibar. Even 3 star hotels provide complimentary drinks nowadays at a lower price point. One of the outlets did not work and it was only marked with a small X. The rooms lack sound isolation. I’m sure the maids tried to be as silent as possible but basically every movement and talking was audible from the hallway and the neighboring rooms during the early morning hours. I know that this is all nit-picking, it is still a nice hotel, but at this price point the expectations are naturally higher.

4.0A hotel rendben volt, a reggeli nagyon jó volt.
− Káosz volt az egész megérkezés. 14:30-kor értünk a recepcióhoz (írták, hogy 15 órától foglalhatjuk el a szobát, de így értünk oda). A recepciós hölgy kedvesen elmondta, hogy még takarítják a szobát, várnunk kell. Semmi gond, addig az autóval lementünk a garázsba. Majd fél óra múlva ismét próbálkoztunk. Nem részletezném, végül 16:35 volt mire megkaptuk a szobát, koncertre mentünk (mint kb az összes vendég a hotelből), így nagyon szerettünk volna időben elkészülődni. Sajnáltam, mert a hotel tetszett volna, de borzasztó kiábrándító volt, és a személyzet sem tudta kezelni a helyzetet megfelelően.
