10.0I booked Hotel 48Lex specifically because of the proximity to FoundStudy. I was pleasantly surprised by the calm boutique vibe. We received a complimentary room upgrade and the staff was always kind, professional and anticipated our needs. If you get the breakfast package, know that its a voucher towards breakfast it doesn't include breakfast for everyone in your reservation.

The mandatory service charge includes the following and is subject to applicable state taxes:
• Cognac Breakfast. $25 value per room. Cognac has a pre-fixed breakfast menu with 11 entree options. The menu is priced at $25 per person. Includes coffee, juice, or tea. Guests are responsible for the tax and auto 20% gratuity.
• Umbrella Usage. All guest rooms have a Hotel 48Lex umbrella to use while staying at the hotel. The guest will be charged $25 if they decide to keep the umbrella.
• Two Bottles of 48Lex water daily. Guest will receive two bottles of water on their bed stand daily. $5.00 per bottle will be charged if additional bottles are requested.
• Fitness Center Access. Includes access to Peloton bikes and Tonal workout machine.
