I have already told you that I should leave this hotel and stay in the next one.
1.0When we reached there to check in, the girl who was the receptionist refused to let us check in because we had a 14-year-old son with us. She said to shift him to another hotel. He couldn't stay here. Then there was another hotel next to it. We went there and checked in. We stayed in that hotel. We couldn't stay in that hotel. The behavior of the receptionist was extremely rude and very bad, even insulting. So I left that hotel and stayed in the next hotel,
Great location, but disappointing service and an unpleasant check-in experience.
2.0The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Venice
− We were initially given a smaller room than the one we had booked and paid for. We had to argue with the reception staff before we were eventually given the correct room. The receptionist was rude and showed very little consideration, which made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant.
