5.0Top: Die Lage am Canale Grande und direkt neben der Vaporetto-Station "Ca' D'oro" (Linie 1). Zu Fuß sind vom Hotel aus in 5-10min. mehr als 10 Restaurants erreichbar. Und, nicht zu vergessen, der in ca. 6 min. Fußweg zu erreichende Supermarkt "Coop" auf der Calle S. Felize. Auch das Personal war Top - durchgehend freundlich und es gab gerne Hilfe bei Fragen etc. Sehr Gut: Das Frühstück war geschmacklich gut und ausreichend. Gut: Im Foyer ist ein Bankomat aufgestellt.
− Man kann es nicht diplomatischer schreiben als: Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat seinen Zenit schon längere Zeit überschritten. Negativ: Die extrem kalt eingestellte Klimaanlage, die man vom Zimmer aus NICHT regulieren kann! Auf die Bitte die Temperatur im Zimmer zu erhöhen, wurde gesagt dies gemacht zu haben - gemerkt haben wir davon aber nichts. Der Fauteuil-Sessel verlor beim Wegschieben gleich einmal sein linkes Vorderbein. Es gab nur drei (!) Steckdosen im Zimmer, wovon eine davon nicht einmal nutzbar war (weil sie im Öffnungsbereich der Eingangstür lag). Wobei ... eigentlich waren mehrere Möglichkeiten für Steckdosen vorhanden - man hat diese nur bewusst verblendet. Die nachfolgenden Zeilen sind subjektiv: Das Zimmer wirkte für mich altmodisch, die Möbel waren "abgelebt" und der Luster an der Zimmerdecke war für die Zimmergröße überdimensioniert. Und da wir beide Buchleser sind, hätten wir uns auf jeder Seite des Bettes eine Lampe gewünscht (zusätzlich zum Luster).

− Zimmerzuweisung bei Ankunft in 5. Etage mit winzigen Fenstern ohne Aussicht und direkt neben der lauten Klimaanlage des Hotels, auf Nachfrage bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer
