− La pulizia davvero scarsa. La mattina venivano solo rifatti i letti. C’erano sempre intere ciocche dei miei capelli in bagno. C’erano anche dei lavori in corso nella struttura e c’era calce e materiali edili in giro accanto all’ascensore.

8.0The location is unbeatable, and having a great restaurant right in the building (plus a guest discount) made everything so convenient. An excellent breakfast.
− The property was under ongoing interior construction, with building materials cluttering several areas and greatly ruining the overall atmosphere. Our room fell far short of 4-star standards: the lighting was dim and insufficient (relying mostly on backlighting behind a mirror and TV), and the bathroom was tiny with very limited amenities. We found stray hairs stuck to the inside of the bathroom door upon arrival. Apart from one or two helpful employees, the staff generally lacked warmth and hospitality.
