A wonderfully comfortable hotel that felt like home in the heart of Lower Manhattan.
10.0We had a wonderful and very comfortable room with an excellent bed and a large TV. The staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and incredibly quick to respond to any request. We genuinely enjoyed spending time at the hotel and, after just a few days, it somehow started to feel like home. The location is excellent as well, with great restaurants such as Harry’s and Fraunces Tavern nearby, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema within walking distance, and easy access to the subway.
− We had a minor issue with the ventilation panel, but the reception team responded immediately and had it fixed right away. So rather than being a negative, it actually left us even more impressed with the level of service.
Outstanding also the receptionist Mr Samer was so helpful and very supportive
