− Kein Parkplatz bekommen und Info hierzu vorab nicht Klar. Zimmer mit einigen Mängeln und nicht 100% sauber. Keine Fliegengitter am Fenster. Zimmer hat Festungen. Keine TV Fernbedienung und keine Infos im Zimmer.
Ein modernes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, gutem Frühstück und einer hervorragenden Lage – wir würden jederzeit wiede
9.0Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Zimmer und die gesamte Ausstattung waren modern, sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Lage war ideal – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
− Es gab keine größeren Kritikpunkte. Kleinere Verbesserungen sind natürlich immer möglich, insgesamt waren wir jedoch mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

6.0The reception staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was adequate. Installing the games in the front area was a good idea.
− I mistakenly booked without breakfast. I paid on site. If I had selected this service when booking it would have been ~6500HUF, on site it was ~10000HUF. I find this excessive. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work, and the water had difficulty draining from the drain. The bar closed at midnight. The waiter didn't even serve a single mineral water. Parking was expensive.
