5.0Hervorragende zentrale Lage: Alles in Venedig war zu Fuß schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Schneller Kontakt & Ablauf: Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter erfolgte schnell per WhatsApp und man wollte uns stets weiterhelfen. Der Check-in und Check-out funktionierten reibungslos. Außergewöhnliches Frühstück: Das Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig und wurde pünktlich zur gewünschten Uhrzeit direkt aufs Zimmer serviert.
− Irreführende Adressangabe: Die auf der Webseite angegebene Adresse entsprach nicht der tatsächlichen Adresse der Unterkunft, weshalb wir bei der Ankunft lange suchen mussten. Massive Abweichung von den Fotos: Das Zimmer sah absolut nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern der Website (weder Möbel noch Ambiente stimmten überein). Keines der Fotos hat unser tatsächliches Zimmer widergespiegelt. Schrankbett & Souterrain-Gefühl: Das Zimmer war klein und wir mussten in einem ausklappbaren Schrankbett schlafen. Wegen der hohen Fensterlage und der engen Gassen hatte man zudem das Gefühl, im Souterrain zu übernachten. Fehlende Privatsphäre im Bad: Vom Badezimmer aus konnte man direkt von der Straße hineingucken. Keine Klimaanlage & extreme Hitze: Das Schlimmste war die fehlende Klimaanlage. Es gab lediglich eine Belüftung im Kasten über der Tür, durch die zwar Luft strömte, aber keine Kühlung stattfand. Der Ventilator im Zimmer hat nur die heiße Luft verteilt. Notlösung: Wir mussten nachts die Zimmertür offen lassen, um etwas von der Klimaanlage im Flur abzubekommen.
