Extremely well located hotel with large comfortable suites and an excellent restaurant.
10.0We had a very large suite, which was very comfortable. The hotel has an excellent location at the foot of the Charles bridge so you can walk to everything. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, which we ate at during our stay, and the breakfasts are very good as well.
− I'd love it if they'd upgrade the showers but, in fairness, what they have is pretty typical in Europe.

9.0プラハでの3泊をこちらのホテルで過ごしました。 カレル橋のすぐ近くという素晴らしい立地で、旧市街やプラハ城方面への観光にも便利でした。それでいて、ホテルでは落ち着いた時間を過ごすことができました。 宿泊したのは別館のお部屋でした。屋根裏部屋のような趣のある造りで、想像していた以上に広く、とても居心地のよい空間でした。 別館への移動の際には荷物を運んでいただき、チェックアウト時にもお願いすると快く運んでくださいました。アメニティも十分に補充され、滞在中、不便を感じることはありませんでした。 そして、何より印象に残っているのが、スタッフの皆さんの親切さです。 ATMの場所を尋ねたときも、丁寧に案内してくださいました。 また、チェコの郷土料理であるスヴェチコヴァーをテイクアウトしたかったのですが、なかなかお店が見つからず、困ってスタッフの方に相談したところ、なんとテイクアウトできるお店を紹介してくださいました。 私たちの相談にとても親身になって対応してくださり、本当にありがたかったです。 お部屋にはチョコレートが用意され、滞在中には補充もしていただきました。さらに、手書きの温かいメッセージと小瓶のお酒までいただき、思いがけないおもてなしが本当に嬉しかったです。 設備や立地が素晴らしいホテルはほかにもありますが、スタッフの皆さんの温かさによって、これほど心に残る滞在になったホテルはそう多くありません。 35年以上ぶりに訪れたプラハで、このホテルに宿泊できたことをとても幸せに思います。 またプラハを訪れる機会があれば、ぜひこちらに泊まりたいです。 スタッフの皆さん、本当にありがとうございました。

8.0Ubytovani par metru od Karlova mostu. V noci klid. Velmi pohodlna postel. Vybaveni pokoje tez nadstandardni. Ciste prostredi. Personal na recepci profesionalni.
− Snidane resp.jejich prubeh. U vstupu si vas personal “odskrtne” a zepta se zda kavu nebo caj. Za tu dobu, co jsem tam sedel, tak 3x slečna prinesla jiny napoj, nez si host objednal. Mela v tom docela zmatek. Ja mel caj. Na poprve jsem dostal lungo, ktere jsem si neobjednal. Pak jsem dostal horkou vodu, ktera po preliti do hrnicku mela hnědou barvu. Na potreti jiz bylo vse ok. Na snidani jsem prisel po 9h. Jiz nebyla michana vajicka. Na to, kolik tam bylo v danou dobu hostu a personalu, by prubeh snidane mohl byt lepe organozovany.
