10.0We had a fantastic five-night stay at Hotel Viminale. The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable, with excellent facilities, a delicious breakfast and a wonderful rooftop terrace with lovely views over Rome. Excellent location. Communication was excellent from the beginning - always exceptionally fast, clear and helpful, whether through the booking platform, WhatsApp or directly with the hotel. A special mention must go to Donatella, who was incredibly caring, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. When we explained that we wanted to explore places a little further away from the main tourist areas, she gave us genuinely excellent recommendations that made our time in Rome even more memorable. Her warmth and attention really stood out. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.

10.0Gostamos muito da localização, próximos dos principais pontos, é possível caminhar entre eles com tranquilidade! Excelente café da manhã, vale muito a pena! Adoramos a recepção com espumante. A equipe é bem prestativa e educada! Tinha opções gratuitas de experiências de culinária, passeios etc mas infelizmente não tivemos tempo pra realizar. Quarto bastante confortável e útil com bom espaço pra malas, cofre, banheiro muito bom e amenities. Decoração do hotel muito bonita, excelente varanda comum e academia.
− Tivemos um problema com o alarme de incêndio / detector de fumaça. Minha esposa estava secando o cabelo e ele disparou, foi um pouco estressante. Acho que seria importante avisar que é um sistema bem sensível e orientar os hospedes sobre como realizar esse procedimento sem riscos. Mas foi rapidamente resolvido pela equipe do hotel!
Beautiful hotel in central Rome with caring staff
10.0Very nice and modern property with attentive staff available 24/7. I did my proposal on the terrace which was very private and intimate. The staff had been helping me out throughout the process. Specifically wanted to thank Donatella and Chiara for all their help. Thank you to Amir for also making the check out process so easy. Buffet breakfast was also impressive.
A clean, comfortable and modern place to stay in central rome.
8.0Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful and gave it a personal touch. Activities organised for hotel chain were good. Generally very clean and modern building and rooms and comfortable.
− Flies were biting us in reception/ bar area. Breakfast was good but not exceptional. Air conditioning was good but we did not understand why they leave the double doors open at front of hotel to let out the cool air.
