10.0I loved everything about this hotel, we initially reserved at BestWestern and the hotel got bought and renovated by Hilton, the transition was very smooth, the staff helped us with any questions we had. We did not have breakfast, but i could tell you about the amazing beds, pillows, TV, AC the cleaning ladies are amazing, phonic isolation is perfect and we had the best stay. 1 second away from the metro, really safe place and full of shops around to buy anything you wish for. There is even a shop INSIDE the hotel! Will be coming back for sure!
− We were informed at our check in that we have to pay a deposit of 300 eur (7 nights stay) for assurance of minibar and room, it was unpleasing at first because we had not prepared this money but the reception staff were very happy to help us modify the deposit to a smaller sum so we can enjoy our holiday!
