10.0This stay was the most incredible experience. The view alone is worth every penny. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was great, the location is convenient. If I had to pick one complaint, it’s that the shower has about 30 seconds of hot water before it turns colder. But who wants to be in the shower longer than that anyway when you could be in your private plunge pool overlooking the sea and sunset!

10.0The hotel suites were amazing. Such an amazing and breathtaking view from the suite. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and polite. They helped arrange our trips and reservations as well as arrange for porters. We didnt get to use the plunge pool as much as it was not heated and the weather was not the hottest although it was refreshing when we did use it. Best place ive stayed as the views during the day and night are incredible. Lots of stairs here as its on the cliff with not lift access so has its limitations, but it is incredible and work it with one of the best views in Santoroni. If you can do the steps, i highly recommend the hotel for the views, the suits and the friendly hospitality.

10.0The property was amazing. The staff was on target and the room was so comfortable. This is a great place to stay if you want to see the best sunset and be close to everything Oia.

10.0The staff was amazing, the food and rooms were just what we hoped for. It was on the edge of "town" so it didn't feel busy at all. It had an amazing view of the sunset. There are a lot of stairs. The staff helped carry luggage, etc.
