Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The corridor smell was the only real issue that would stop me from rebooking.
8.0The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel employees, specially Safwan, were very welcoming. The location is amazing and second to none. You have access to the metro and 1 minute from café demel. In a nutshell, the hotel is walking distance from every major attraction.
− - Not to echo the complaints of other guests, but the corridors that are leading up to the room really do smell quite bad. In a few words, it smells like bad odour. Fortunately, this was not the same for the room. - The water kept overflowing in the shower because the water was draining too slowly. - The knock for housekeeping came at 8am, which was a bit too early for myself.

8.0The hotel is in a fantastic location — it really couldn’t be better. We arrived by car, and the staff immediately welcomed us, took the car, and parked it in the hotel’s parking area. Everything was very smooth and convenient, and the car was brought back to us just as efficiently when we needed it. The breakfasts were excellent, the hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were especially impressed by the location and the service.
− First, the hallways on the guest floors are carpeted, and every time we stepped out of the elevator there was a persistent unpleasant odor, somewhat like the smell of dirty feet. Unfortunately, this smell remained throughout our entire stay. I suspect the carpet may be the source of the problem, and I would strongly recommend that the hotel consider replacing or thoroughly renovating the carpeting. Second, we were very disappointed with the TV channel selection. We speak Russian, Ukrainian, and Hebrew, but there was not a single channel available in any of these languages. At the same time, there were at least 7–8 Arabic-language channels. For an international hotel, we found this lack of balance quite surprising and disappointing. I would strongly encourage the hotel to review the selection of international TV channels and provide a more diverse range for guests from different countries.
