9.0Sijainti oli erinomainen, ratikka aivan nurkan takana. Myös kävellen lyhyt matka esimerkiksi Kaarlensillalle ja vanhaan kaupunkiin. Huone oli siisti. Aamupala ok.
− Sänky ja tyynyt olivat melko kovat, mutta sain toisesta yöstä eteenpäin hieman pehmeämmät tyynyt pyydettäessä. Äänieristys ei kovin kummoinen, viereisen huoneet äänet kuului melko hyvin.

10.0The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was so kind and told us every important thing about the hotel and recommended great restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. It is not in the middle of the city centre, but a lot of tram goes to the centre each 5 minute. (The Charles bridge is about 25 minutes by walk).That's why it is a very calm and quiet hotel. I absolutely recommend it! Five star!
I would stay there again.
8.0Excellent assistance from the front desk on how to use the tram. The lobby/lounge area was very inviting. The roof top deck was unique including the sculpture. English skills at the front desk were excellent.
− The twin bed seemed a bit small to me. The bathroom needed more hooks.
