10.0Le personnel est adorable et les repas sont fabuleux que ce soit le petit déjeuner ou le dîner, tout est vraiment délicieux. Que ce soit à l’accueil, au restaurant, au spa, je n’ai pas testé le bar je ne bois pas d’alcool, mais tout le personnel est vraiment sympathique, impliqué et professionnel. J’ai adoré mon séjour je pense revenir avec ma fille. J’étais seule mais c’était super. Très reposant et bien situé, près de la ville où je suis allée à pied plusieurs fois, ce n’est pas loin même si la côte est plus dure en remontant qu’en partant :)

A lovely hotel in a traditional style reflective of Madeira and its wonderful culture
9.0Food was plentiful and delicious. View from the room was amazing, covering both the sea and the hills, as well as the lush gardens. Games room was a nice facility. Swimming pools were used every day and very much appreciated!
− Reception staff were friendly and helpful for the very most part, although a little cold on a few occasions.

A unique, friendly and beautiful base in Madeira .
10.0A warm welcome from the moment you arrive and friendly, happy staff throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, overlooking the wonderful gardens and hills. The rooms are turned down twice a day and are spacious and clean. Breakfast is delicious and service was superb. The bar staff were always friendly and attentive. It was wonderful to sit in such beautiful surroundings. Evening piano music and singer were fantastic. A 20 minute stroll into Funchal. We enjoyed a jeep safari, catamaran trip, levada walk and the cable car and gardens. All amazing and Rosie helped us to book everything and gave so much advice on places to go and things to see. We also took advantage of the couples spa morning. This was amazing value and the massage was fantastic! This was our first trip to Madeira and we will definitely come back and would happily stay back at this hotel. We’ve had an amazing week! Thank you so much.
