Really relaxing and special. We will be back!
7.0Customer service was the highlight of the stay. The majority of staff could not do enough to make sure we felt taken care of. Breakfast amazing. Rooms spacious. The furniture in decor was a little outdated but was in good condition with plenty of cupboard space which is usually a challenge travelling with kids! Lovely strong showers. The ocean was beautiful and clean and the kids loved jumping into the sea. Location was amazing with a short walk to restaurants and shops.
− The hotel has a challenge with the pool bar and restaurant service and staff - it felt like a different hotel. However, management were very receptive to our observations and making things right. AC in the rooms was temperamental and the beds are not comfortable.

9.0Очень хороший отель, комфортная обстановка, месторасположение, вкусная еда, пляж и бассейны, просто фантастические виды. Хорошее наполнение номера, номера просторные, удобные кровати, кухонный уголок со всей посудой, чудесные ванные комнаты, все в отличном рабочем состоянии. Если будем возвращаться, то вернемся в этот отель, в нем есть все для замечательного отдыха на Мадейре.
− Мы заказывали люкс с видом на море, но первый предложенный нам номер был угловой и с частичным видом, после разговора на рецепшн номер нам поменяли и все стало безупречно!
Меню на бассейне можно менять!За 14 дней приедается,хотя всё очень вкусно!

− Если с утра занял шезлонг и ушел на завтрак то в угоду местным гостям его отдадут!Убирают вещи и отдают!Есть правило отеля один час шезлонг может быть пустой,но это работает выборочно!Это очень неудобно!

− חדר גוניור סוויט מאכזב מעט במחיר של 550 יורו ללילה אתה מצפה לחדר יותר מרווח ויותר מעוצב. לא אהבנו שלא אפשרו לנו צ׳ק אאוט מאוחר למשך שעה אחת בלבד. התירוץ של ״פולי בוק״ נשמע לא רציני . ניתן היה לאפשר שעה נוספת ולשלוח צוות מיומן לנקות מהר עם החדר הוזמן לאורחים הבאים . מחירי ארוחת הערב יקרים מדי 65 יורו לאדם לערב אסיאתי הוא לחלוטין לא מקובל.
