8.0Umístění hotelu je vhodné pro návštěvu katedrály i paláce. Není problém s parkováním, vůz jsme předali před hotelem a personál zaparkoval. Recepční byli nápomocní při vykládání a nakládání zavazadel. Také nám doporučili a rezervovali restauraci mimo hotel. Chování personálu nelze nic vyknout. Snídaně byla velmi bohatá - velký výběr z menu i bufetu. S bezlepkovou dietou nebyl žádný problém.
− Každou noc se náhle rozsvítila všechna světla v celém apartmánu, měli jsem dvě ložnice a obývací pokoj. V hotelové restauraci na terase se nám příliš nevěnovali a přestože je deklarovaná jakou vyhlášená svojí kvalitou, odpovídala svým vybavením i chováním personálu spíš na nějaký tapas bar, podotýkám, že jsem měli rezervaci, ale kvalita obsluhy byla tristní.

10.0This was a great hotel and perfect location to explore Saville. The staff are next level. Always willing to go the extra mile. They were really helpful and considerate throughout the trip. When we go back will always book there. Amazing. The rooms are lovely too.

7.0The location is excellent . Facilities clean
− The gym ( which is a very small fitness room ) opens at 9am !! It’s too late. If you want to workout and have a breakfast, you start way too late in the day . Breakfast was great on paper , but out of the 4 mornings, they only got breakfast correct once ! Either the wrong breakfast brought, or they hadn’t got the advertised ingredients.. but failed to tell us until we’d waited half an hour and I’d asked where our breakfast was 🤷♀️
