− 1. Ungenügende Erreichbarkeit des Hotels: meine Hose im Schrank vergessen. Keine Reaktion des Hotels auf E-Mails oder Telefonanrufe. Hose weg. 2. Mangelhafte Ausstattung: Toilettenspülung übergelaufen; Ablauf Waschbecken defekt; mangelhafte Lüftung, dadurch Klamotten klamm
I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.
10.0The staff was phenomenal and the facility was beautiful. They let us store our luggage when we got there early and also at checkout so we could enjoy our day in Venice before departure that evening. The complimentary breakfast was the best we had during our entire two week vacation.
