10.0Para mi es uno de los hoteles más emblemáticos de Sevilla. Ofrece la excelencia en el servicio , todo el personal es profesional, sonriente y amable. Era la segunda vez que venía y repetiré sin dudas! Tuvieron el detalle de poner una habitación superior para el cumpleaños de mi madre. Estuvimos encantados de estar allí .Muchas gracias por toda vuestra atención y profesionalidad. Saludos cordiales

5.0Location Breakfast and staff there Room cleaning staff
− We were given a room for 4 people on 23 rd August. After 23:00 hrs started with very bad smell,Drainage smell .When we have informed reception about the problem.They have given similar type of room in other floor with substandard decor straight away.I am travelling with my Elderly parents,Have to wake them up from sleep to move to the new room at 23:00 hrs Not a 5 Star Hotel standard . No apologies given or any upgrade .

10.0Abbiamo soggiornato al Meliá e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Fin dal nostro arrivo il personale è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e professionale. Abbiamo avuto anche la fortuna di ricevere un upgrade della camera, che ci ha lasciati davvero senza parole: una camera spaziosa e bellissima, con letto matrimoniale, salotto e due bagni. Un’esperienza davvero speciale. Un ringraziamento particolare va allo staff per l’attenzione e la cura nei dettagli. Essendo il mio compleanno, durante la colazione mi hanno fatto trovare una piccola torta con una candelina, un gesto semplice ma davvero carinissimo che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più memorabile. ❤️ Anche la posizione è ottima per visitare Siviglia e l’hotel è elegante, confortevole e curato in ogni dettaglio. Esperienza fantastica dall’inizio alla fine. Se torneremo a Siviglia, sceglieremo sicuramente di nuovo il Meliá. Consigliatissimo!
