10.0The location of this hotel was excellent, very close and walkable to everywhere. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff very always going above and beyonsd. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Florence.
− Not one single thing comes to mind, it was all fantastic.
The staff and accommodations were above our expectations and we would definitely recommend it, especially for a family.
10.0The proximity to so many places that we planned to visit - and close to the train station. Even in the heat, we were able to walk almost everywhere. Being so close to the piazza and carousel made it even more magical!
− We got stuck in the elevator once and that was scary and we had no washcloths, which we are used to having for the shower.

8.0Breakfast was the best part of our stay. I enjoyed that the room was very "homey", but could use a little refreshing. Conveniently located.
− The woman at the reception area is not friendly or welcoming. I believe the only time she was somewhat pleasant was when we checked out and paid the invoice.
