Great location, rooms and super staff!
10.0Location, easy access to all main sites, great views across park and city, super hotel staff, and large high spec rooms. Location was perfect with easy access to the main sites, by foot or metro, (station in front of hotel), with Bryant Park directly in front, where you can grab coffee or lunch, let the kids play in a play park and sit at a mini cafe, and where you can ice skate in the winter - perfect!! I came with my 13 year old to celebrate their birthday and the hotel went over and above to ensure we had the best experience, with an upgrade on our room and balloons and cupcakes welcoming us on the first night. Definitely recommend it!
− There was construction work in the lobby during our stay but the hotel phoned us ahead to tell us what to expect and really ensured that this didn’t impact our stay. Note that we didn’t hear any of the work whilst in our room - so it wasnt an issue

Enjoyed our stay so much we extended an extra day!
9.0We decided to get a suite this time and it was well worth the upgrade. The hotel Lobby was under construction, but the staff was so great about helping to navigate things and extremely helpful. Will definitely return. Loved the intimate lounge in the lower level too. It is our "go-to" hotel in NYC!
