10.0Hotel was very clean and well looked after. All the staff were friendly and polite. Food was varied and plentiful with lots to choose from. Room was spacious with lovely view from the balcony and comfortable bed. Good to have the shuttle bus to get into Funchal.

8.0Os funcionários muito simpáticos e acessíveis (um agradecimento especial à dona Manuela que deu uma atenção especial aos meus filhos).a localização muito boa e com vista fantástica e gostei de poder comer ao ar livre.
− Apesar de receberem muito bem as crianças é um espaço mais virado para adultos logo não tem muita coisa que as crianças possam fazer e ficam facilmente aborrecidas. A porta do quarto estava com algum defeito e era muito difícil de abrir.
