− The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, and there was no business center or complimentary bottled water. Additionally, the breakfast had a very limited selection, with scrambled eggs and croissants being the only warm options. Regarding accessibility, guests using wheelchairs need to request a step-free room in advance. Although there is an elevator, there are still short flights of steps on each floor due to the age of the building.

10.0Das Deluxe-Apartment hatte den schönsten Ausblick von Venedig - Blick auf den Canal Grande und auf die Rialtobrücke. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Menschen in Venedig trotz großer Anzahl stets rücksichtsvoll und aufmerksam.
− Die letzte Etage musste über eine sehr steile Treppe erreicht werden. Man muss einigermaßen körperlich fit sein.
