6.0We like the pool but could not use it as it was only open from 11.00 till 19.00.
− Disappointing Stay Due to Persistent Noise Issues Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues that significantly affected our comfort. Firstly, there was a constant and rather intrusive noise coming from the area around the air-conditioning fan coil unit. The noise persisted continuously, regardless of whether the air conditioning was switched on or off, making it particularly difficult to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Secondly, the toilet cistern in the bathroom was constantly running, producing yet another unnecessary and irritating background noise throughout our stay. Finally, the sound insulation of the windows was surprisingly poor. Despite our room being on the fourth floor, traffic and street noise were clearly audible, further compromising the tranquillity one would reasonably expect from a hotel room. Individually, these issues might have been tolerable, but their combined effect made the room unnecessarily noisy and uncomfortable. A hotel should, above all, provide its guests with a quiet and restful environment. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. These are basic maintenance and soundproofing issues that deserve the management’s attention.
