10.0From start to finish our stay was amazing, staff were excellent and was just a 5-10 minute walk in to the heart of Fira, the 3 bells of Fira are literally across the road and up a small hill at the front of the property and this is also where you have the most amazing view of the caldera find sunset views, Fira is a great base for visiting the whole of the island and was just as good as oia, would definitely recommend

8.0I was surprised that the hotel did not offer free bottled water since the water was not drinkable . It seems like they should provide that to guests.
